If you're reading this article, chances are you've eaten Indomie's Mi Goreng.
First introduced to the Indonesian market in 1972, Indomie has grown exponentially to take the world's instant noodle market by storm. We teamed up with Indomie Australia to bring you an easy-to-make and fun twist on the dish that you can make at home: Mi Goreng popcorn.
DIRECTIONS:
deep fry the noodle cake and crush into bite sized clusters
pop the popcorn in the microwave
combine the noodle cake clusters and popcorn into a paper bag
add the seasoning oil and soup powder to the bag
shake!
pour the contents of the bag into a large serving bowl
drizzle the sweet soy on top
garnish with scallions
serve!
